Chair is comfortable. At this point in time my only complaint is that it does not go low enough. I am five foot nine and my feet are flat on the floor at its lowest point. I went back and checked a few other chairs of the same model at Staples and they are similar. Anyone a few inches shorter than me might have a problem with this model chair.

Can’t seem to get the recline resistance right. At the minimum it is too much. Yes I have released the recline lever on the side.
