First chair - the backing wasn't completely attached. Holes where arms went into back were irregular. Had chair replaced. Second chair and box were beat up. Where the arms went into the chair was worse than the first chair. Leather wasn't "behind" the opening was irregular didn't match the hole and one was definitely torn. I shipped back and requested refund.
This chair is so comfortable! I’m not a gamer but bought this chair for my home office. I can sit in it for hours with no back pain. I would definitely recommend this chair for anyone that has to sit for long periods of time. Another plus is that is was fairly easy to put together.
Although I really liked the price and really liked the sleek design what I LOVE best about it is that without the arms (you can lift them up and away) I can now roll right into my desk and I do much better ergonomically. The staff at Staples initially tried telling me to go home and order it online and then a very savvy sales person came out of nowhere to help me and ended up selling me the floor model loaded it into my car and I have been SO happy with it! Kuddos to Staples for having people like this young man on staff. If I would've left without my new chair I probably would still be siting on my old one.
Love the chair assembly mat and warranty - all it a discount. I hope to enjoy for a long time. The personnel I dealt with at the store were quite nice including helping me load the chair into my car.
We were looking for a chair for home office and have seen this gaming chair being used a lot by people for home office. We went in store and tried the chair out and it was the most comfortable chair we found at staples. It was on sale for Memorial Day and was out in the store so in the store we were able to order it online for delivery and it came in 3 days. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Thank you for such a great chair at a great price.
The chair is very comfortable but the arms are too high. Trying to use the keyboard or mouse while they are in the down position is awkward. The only ways around this are to reach over the arms or to put them in the upright position which gives no support for the arm/elbow.
