Mature (i.e. not a kid) saleswoman helped my adult son and me select a desk chair; she had good recommendations for a gaming chair to fit my needs. Did not try to "up-sell" in fact helped me find a less expensive option. Very helpful and honest!

I saw this chair in my local store and sat in it. Went home and sat in my chair and ordered one that very night. Like sitting on a cloud.

I was looking for a wider chair and this fit the bill! Good sale relatively easy to set up and not only is it plenty of room the arms fold up to be sure it fits under a desk or even for extra room. Very happy with this product!

This chair is easy to put together but feels very sturdy once it's all set. I have also been surprised regarding how warm it is as you are in it for even just 15 minutes. Not in an uncomfortable way but more warm/welcoming than you would expect from a leather chair. Would buy again.
