The arm rest gets flat to easy if you like to use it a lot and the get hard after using it for like 6-7 hours sitting in it but the back rest feels good I give it 2 stars the review doesn’t let me lower the stars.

About 8 months ago I bought an inexpensive office chair from Staples and it had problems from the very beginning. The chair would rock back and forth which was annoying. However when it stated to deflate after every time I sat on it I decided to upgrade to this chair. I love this chair. I like the fabric and its solidity. I also must applaud the assembly instructions which were not only clear but the parts for each step in the assembly were labeled and segregated into separate pouches. I am quite satisfied with this purchase. I will be converting my old chair into a table.

We had bought two chairs in store took them home to assemble and they were perfect. Bought an additional 3 online because of the sale and received lower quality chairs. One tilts to the side bad and isn't even stitched straight. All 3 of the new chairs have crinkled corners and loose filling. Is this why they were on sale?
