We bought three of these for our boys. They're very comfortable. Separately we had an issue with the item being lost during shipping. Staples corrected this right away by shipping another chair on the next day. Excellent customer service.

We had bought two chairs in store took them home to assemble and they were perfect. Bought an additional 3 online because of the sale and received lower quality chairs. One tilts to the side bad and isn't even stitched straight. All 3 of the new chairs have crinkled corners and loose filling. Is this why they were on sale?

One of the easiest things I have ever assembled. Packaging made it so easy. Only hope is that it lasts because the former chair was from Staples and made of faux leather (pleather as in plastic leather) and disintegrated after two years of gentle me-only use.

Gaming Chair is working out great but I purchased the Deluxe Self-Adjustable Lumbar Support with memory foam but the length of the adjustable strip is not long enough to go around the chair!
