All in all I would rate this a very good chair. comfortable professional looking. My only "negative" on this is the instructions. They are pictures only no wording. That makes it a might difficult for assembly. Looking closely at them and referencing the picture on the box gets you through it but it takes awhile.

The backing is cheap. Have only had for 2 months and is unusable at this point unless I sit up and do not lean back.
