I wish I purchased the chair with a lumbar pillow and I wish the seat was a little shorter because I have short legs. Otherwise it’s a great chair…very comfortable.

The arm-rests are well padded. My lower back isn't acting up as often. I like the Color trim. If you you to tuck in close to the keyboard like me then the raiseable arms are a deal-sealer. No neck-pillow. So i bought my own for $11. but now the chair is perfect.
