I got this chair to replace an exact chair that the gas strut quit working after two years. I purchased a chair warranty and so this one was free. Just had to pay for a new warranty. Great chair but the strut gave out. If you get one buy the warranty.

When I reached the second step in the assembly the holes that were drilled in the seat didn't match the metal attachment to the seat. Two of the holes were in the wrong place. When I took it back the store employees agreed as two of them tried to assemble the metal bracket to the seat but couldn't. A new chair will arrive tomorrow (meaning another 20 + mile trip each way back to the store) and hopefully the assembly will work this next time.

The chair was delivered quickly and it took me about an hour to assemble it. The chair is very adjustable and comfortable. The ability to raise the arms is a great plus for pushing under table.
