Fast to put together my 11 year old grandson did it for his room. Soft goes up high enough.

I was looking for a chair that was comfortable to sit in for long periods. I think this chair will do well at this. I am not a gamer. This chair does not have have the adjustments that some gaming chairs do but is comfortable.

Well built and comfortable assembly instructions could be better and they need to remove the fabric from the threaded openings!

Definitely worth the money. The padding is a little stiff to begin with but softens after being broken in a little bit. I do not regret this buy. The one problem I've had is that it was hard to put together by myself.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR STAPLES CONNECT! !t took me two returns before I found the perfect office chair but through every step of the process all through the process the sales and service people were patient friendly and helpful. Tip: No matter how good a chair looks in the store the true test is sitting in it for a day or two at home. Staples understands this and makes it super-easy to make exchanges.
