I originally ordered a chair on Amazon that looked eerily similar but it was terrible. Went into Staples randomly to help a family member find something and randomly sat in this chair and loved it. Worth the buy for sure.

Comfortable But the spring tension back does not allow me to lean back all the way even when at its loosest. The stitching of the fabric is poor.

This replaces another heavier duty chair I had bought from Staples that had the seat bracket break after 14 months. This feels like it is a lighter weight chair. It works fine now but I'm concerned this might break even faster so I got the 3-yeqr extended warranty all but guaranteeing this chair never breaks or Staples goes out of business. Lol
