The chair design is not good in the following points: 1. The chair head support is not high enough for regular sitting position. That makes it not confort for relaxing. 2. The chair lowest position is still high. It is not good for short people to sit on. 3. The chair doesn't have a lock to prevent the back tilte which makes it not good for office use.
