This chair is so comfortable. I needed a new desk chair and it works great. Some of the holes were tricky to line up to put together so it is a two person job.
Looks nice. Assembly okay except you might want a second person to hold the back while you attempt to line up the bolts and bolt holes. Instructions say hand tighten bolts first but you cannot do that without the included Allen wrench for the arm rests/back (as the holes for those are too deep to start the bolts by hand). Unfortunately the arm rests sit too high for us to use and comfortably type on a keyboard so we have to leave them up. Wish they were adjustable. Probably depends on the height of your desk. The most annoying thing (for those of us who are perfectionists or recovering perfectionists) is that our chair ended up sitting with a noticeable tilt to one side when finished. Seat says it's level but the back looks tilted. Nothing can be adjusted to resolve the tilt because the holes are pre-drilled. Aargh! We're using it as a desk chair (vs. gaming) so maybe that's our problem with the arm rests. We'll see how it holds up. The display model in the store seemed more comfortable than this one...not sure why...maybe because we weren't trying to use it at a desk/keyboard.
