The chair is very comfortable. The only negative was that when we got it home and went to put it together We noticed that the bolts were in a zip lock bag not the original bags (in the box). The hydraulic base was missing. The staff were incredible! They replaced the parts without question. This was just when they were locking up. They stopped and did this!

This chair is very similar to a model I used previously and enjoyed for many years. The seat is wide allowing for a variety of sitting positions for personal comfort the cushions are nice and thick and the arm rests are sturdy and comfortable. I have heard that chairs of this type have short-lived lifting pistons but I happen to know a couple of DIY fixes for that problem if and when it should arise.

I recently purchased this chair and can describe my use of it as light with only a few months of use. I don't spend hours a day in this chair so the issue of the lean is embarrasing. While the chair is comfortable the lean is somewhat noticable.
