This chair is very similar to a model I used previously and enjoyed for many years. The seat is wide allowing for a variety of sitting positions for personal comfort the cushions are nice and thick and the arm rests are sturdy and comfortable. I have heard that chairs of this type have short-lived lifting pistons but I happen to know a couple of DIY fixes for that problem if and when it should arise.

The screws that came with the un assembled chair do not have the threads needed to secure the back of the chair to the base. Should have tried to put it together before Christmas Eve. That’s on me… dang it Santa!

I am well within the weight limits for this chair and yet the hydraulic cylander would slowly lose height as i was sitting in the chair. The chair also has odd proportions as the seat is very wide. It was a pain to put together by myself as well. I ended up returning the chair and got a cheaper one that i'm much happier with
