I bought this chair because I wanted arms that fold up and a back that includes a headrest. I checked out the model at our local Staples and it seemed comfortable enough. I have now been using it for about a month. Although sold as a gaming chair I just use it as a desk chair and am at my desk all day most days. The padding seems lacking both in the seat and the arm rests. It is not terrible but definitely could be better. Also I bought a special pillow for better lumbar support with this chair. That helps but it would be nice if office/gaming chairs just had better lumbar support to start with. I am a pretty good handyman and I understand some other reviewers complaining about assembly. I got it together by myself but there are a couple steps that are tricky if you don't have an extra set of hands to help. Overall it is a decent chair for the price. At some point I will likely try to find something more comfortable but will keep this one for now.
