I had to go to two stores to get the color I wanted. Staff at both stores were AMAZING. It was THE best customer service I’ve received in years. I love the chair. It’s a gaming chair but I am using it for my home office. I sit in it 50-60 hours a week and don’t have any back or leg pain.

It is definitely a two person put together chair- it’s semi complicated. The pictures and step by step doesn’t help much either. I did have to exchange my first one due to it missing a nut.
