Well. It was a little more complicated than I thought it would be to put it together. The upholstery and the cushioning covered the holes. I think it would be most helpful to state in bold letters at the beginning CLEAR ALL FABRIC FROM THE SCREW HOLES and DO NOT TIGHTEN DOWN ANY SCREWS UNTIL THE ARMS ARE IN PLACE. There are little tiny letters about the tightening but no warning about the fabric getting in the way. It is a comfortable chair. The directions indicate the height adjustment arm under the seat to be on one side but the holes drilled in my chair seat were on the opposite. I am getting used to sitting in a regular chair rather than on an ergonomic stool.
Ordered 5 chairs recently for new office room after using 3 identical chairs for last 4 years. They are stable rolls well and are comfortable cannot say for gaming because we do not use it for gaming.
I got this as a Christmas gift and started using it after the new year. I work from my desk 2-3 days a week so I've probably sat on this chair less than 20 times. Randomly pieces of plastic keep falling out/off of it. Some break when they fall out so I can't put them back in. It also feels lopsided and I can't adjust it so it's hurting my back. Terrible quality and cheap material.
Chair is exceedingly comfortable and just the right size for my office space. Ergonomically designed for many hours of computer use per day. Would highly recommend.
