The reclining spring is way to stiff when you recline to relax it wants to push you forward so you have to actively keep pushing back against it to stay reclined. That is not "relaxing" One of the plastic screw covers does not fit it is too big so it wont stay in the hole. There are places on the chair where it seems they did not fill it up all the way with the filler material. You can see and feel the indent because of the lack of material behind it. Honestly if I didn't already throw away the box it came in I would return the chair.

Holes were not drilled evenly on each side. The top of the chair had a big indentation in the material and it constantly squeaked as you moved in it.
