I love the actual chair and the instructions for assembly were first rate. Biggest issue was that the metal fittings (holes) that already in the chair were not seated well. This caused issues during assembly and there really isn't a fix. We ended up leaving 2 Bolts off completely due to this issue. Still quite sturdy and comfortable.

Was going to buy a $1000 chair but when I tried this one it felt GREAT! Aside from misaligning the back rest during the assembly I had no major problems putting it together. VERY COMFORTABLE even though I'm not a gamer.
