1st One is Great. However 2nd one was less quality

I bought one chair and really liked it. Everything was really good including the ability to sit cross legged on the chair while meditating. However I bought a second one for my spouse and it has a different feel. The lower part of the back (lumbar) does not seem to have the same level of padding/support as the first one. She also says it has a different feel and thinks the bottom seat is puffed up more than mine. In summary we both agreed the first one we bought has a much more comfortable feeling than the second chair. We were hoping for the exact same chair/feeling but it is different.

The material feels thin and weak at the seams but my biggest complaint is that I can hear the bottom wood below the seat crack several times when I move on the chair. I thought I broke it at first but the base underneath the seat feels weak.

This chair is comfortable for now I had it for 2 weeks now the instructions was straight forward to put the chair together. The texture was great the parts was all there.
