Nicely padded chair offering a very comfortable seat. Its nice and tall seat is helpful for a bigger person like me. The armrests also slide up and out of the way which was another big selling point. My only reservation is the limited adjustability. Seat tilts back with adjustable resistance but the only adjustment is seat height. We'll see how it holds up over time but so far I am very pleased with it!

Store displays looked much better than what I received in the box. The stitching is loose and crooked with areas that have exposed inner padding. Top of chair padding is crooked and the head looks like it is at an angle. Quite happy I got a warranty at this point or it would have been returned immediately.
