Pretty good quality overall but only 3 of the 4 holes lined up to connect the seat on assembly so hopefully it holds long term.

Bad instructions cheaply made no lumbar support

This chair is less comfortable than the folding chair it's replacing. It took two grueling hours to assemble with some of the worst instructions I have ever seen. The instructions tell you to put the seat bottom on the base before attaching the armrests or back which is impossible. The material is so cheap it was already peeling when it arrived (specifically on the headrest part). There were loose threads all over the chair as well. The cushioning on the bottom is fine but it's practically nonexistent on the back. There is zero lumbar support and this chair hurts my back more than any other chair I've sat in. It has parts that stick out near my shoulders and make it even less comfortable up there as well and my head has to lean way back to reach the headrest part. The armrests are too far forward to be usable as armrests. The height adjustment lever is difficult to reach while seated. I sincerely regret buying this chair and I only just got it.
