Extremely comfortable. Lumbar support at good location armrests at good location. Easy to assemble. Delivery was a day earlier than scheduled. big plus! Good choice for non-gaming use also.

I was putting it together and noticed that the one arm pad was detached. Also the one screw for one of the arms was too wide for any of the holes so I returned it. Second one is fine. After I looked at Staples site though I noticed there is a version with neck and lumbar supports that attach. Our store didn't have that version.
