Very comfortable. Only problem had difficulty fitting back in position. Had to take back to store where they fitted for me. They informed me they had this problem before and arms should not be Tightened before placing back in between them.

I'm over 6' tall so this chair is perfect especially when I raise it to the top. Being so affordable was a huge plus as well. I will enjoy working in it!

I bought this chair for its comfort and price. The other chair I was interested in cost twice as much. The store honored the online price and the person who waited on me from start to finish could not have been more helpful. I needed a second person to help me assemble it but I'm very happy with this chair.

I was putting it together and noticed that the one arm pad was detached. Also the one screw for one of the arms was too wide for any of the holes so I returned it. Second one is fine. After I looked at Staples site though I noticed there is a version with neck and lumbar supports that attach. Our store didn't have that version.
