The bonded leather comes apart when you are trying to fit the screws into the seat and the back. They also don't fit. The screws are not the same size as I had to switch screws to get one to screw into the arm chair. I took it back and got a desk chair that I love. I had it assembled in the store. Perfect.

This replaces another heavier duty chair I had bought from Staples that had the seat bracket break after 14 months. This feels like it is a lighter weight chair. It works fine now but I'm concerned this might break even faster so I got the 3-yeqr extended warranty all but guaranteeing this chair never breaks or Staples goes out of business. Lol

the chair seat is not very comfortable and kinda hard but i do like the ability to move the arms out of the way at my desk as i have an L shaped desk that i have to move from side to side
