After sitting in the chair on the floor at the local Staples I knew this would be the chair for me!! It's comfortable but adequately supports my back and posture; and I can adjust the height and armrests exactly as I need them in relation to my work station! I highly recommend this chair for its comfort and versatility!! However with regard to it's assembly while the pictorial assembly instructions were very easy to follow I highly recommend the addition of two additional "Tips" to the instructions: (1) TWO people are recommended to assemble the chair ESPECIALLY when seating the chair onto the center post and when attempting to position the seat back between the armrests and fasten the seat back at the initial lower screw openings. (2) Do NOT FULLY TIGHTEN the four (4) screws fastening the armrests to the seat until AFTER you position and fasten the seat back -- otherwise it'll be nearly impossible to squeeze the seat back between the arm rests and align it with the lower screw holes!

The instructions are fine to put the chair together but the actual assembly is difficult. The bolts are put in with an allen wrench but it is hard to get the holes lined up and tightened properly.

Have about 80 hours in it still comfy would have givin five stars but controls on chair are way out of reach. I'm six two and cannot reach tension control and barely the elevator control while seated not a biggie just have to roll back and get up to adjust lol.
