This is the second time I brought this item and the bolts do not connect. Properly is still loose on the upper side of the chair not happy with it. I may need to bring it back and let somebody at the store put it together.

My chair came in with a dent on the handle bars. The cushion seats are nice but the retractable part of the chair does not stretch far enough.

Chair cushion is very comfortable but there are not enough adjustments to be able to use . The chair goes up and down. That's it. No seat tilt and no back tilt. Arms tilt straight up but that's it. Will be looking for one with the missing features on this one
