Very nice and comfortable chair. Assembly was straight forward. My only issue is particular to my specific situation....the chair seat height will only lower to 17" above floor level. My computer desk has a roll out keyboard and mouse shelf located 22.75" above the floor. This did not give me enough knee clearance with the chair lowered all the way. I ended up raising the desk brackets and shelf approx. an inch and a half to give me room for my knees.

Nice but Be Aware

This was one of the best chairs in this price range with a high enough headrest (I'm 5'9") and fold-up arms. It's very firm and seems to give good support although I'm struggling to get comfortable in it my first couple days as I'm not used to such a firm chair. The thinking is that it will take longer to 'sag' and give out and maybe soften & hit the sweetspot in the longhaul. My issue is the quality control on these they all come from China and as with most furniture these days the bolt holes are often off a bit making for a sometimes trick assembly but more importantly something not looking right when completed as was with mine. The black chrome finish is also a little uneven in parts but it's minor and only on the armrest hardware lower down where no one is looking. I'm very experienced at assembling furniture and the bolt holes are off on one side of the backrest compared to the other. The result is the arm hardware sits slightly different on the right vs the left side as it bolts to the back. I can't feel it at all but I can see it from the back. Not great but probably not enough for me to return it. I did put a carpenter's level on the seat from a few different angles and it seems pretty level. I did this because I don't want back problems. It's firm but seemed to pass this test. I got this chair compared to other options because I figured Staples would have better quality control and stand behind it. So far not really cosmetically A+ but I hope in the longrun it's comfy and lasts. Nothing is perfect right?

I purchased two of these chairs for my home office. They are very comfortable but they are big so make sure you have space for them. They have a nice high back rest soft adjustable arm rests and a cushiony seat. The chair can also be adjusted to fit your desk or personal preferences. I like the grey/black color too. The chairs definitely needed two people to put it together and it takes some time. It was hard to put on some of the "buttons" over the screws. This was really frustrating. However we were finally able to get both chairs done and they look and feel great. The fact that I got them on sale made this purchase even better!
