The chair was easy to assemble and it's very comfortable. However as a short woman it's hard to sit all the way back and I need to use a pillow. A way to adjust the back or seat would be great.

Just looking for a decent office chair and came on this Super Sale pretty excited too bad major snow storm hit my area and delivery truck said had " NO Access " BUT Staples came thru and Resent my order in 2 days So Great Customer Service haven't used chair much yet but my Son is Super Excited about it . Great Present for someone who is sitting for hours

This was a present for my aunt she is in her PC for long hours as she does a lot of editing. So far she loves it. The only issue if any is that she is 4.6. Her feet dont reach the floor even after the seat is all the way down. The problme for me is that the back does not go all the way back. But it is good to be seating
