This replaces another heavier duty chair I had bought from Staples that had the seat bracket break after 14 months. This feels like it is a lighter weight chair. It works fine now but I'm concerned this might break even faster so I got the 3-yeqr extended warranty all but guaranteeing this chair never breaks or Staples goes out of business. Lol

The man that waited on me was very helpful and even took it to my car. I like the firmness of the chair along with design. Very easy to put together!

Comfortable But the spring tension back does not allow me to lean back all the way even when at its loosest. The stitching of the fabric is poor.

The chair is solidly built and quite comfortable for use at my computer even if I don't do gaming.

We will know more on how to rate these chairs after we give them to our grandchildren And they have a chance to use them.

I purchased two chairs. One for me and everything is great. A second chair as a Christmas present had both of them assembled at the store. The second one I have to return to get the "arm rests" adjusted as they are at different heights.

I tried it this chair in the store before purchasing it. And was completely AMAZED at his comfortable it was! I bought the Red/Black for my 12yr old Son aww gaming chair. I'm very pleased with the purchase and also with the wonderful staff that assembled the chair for us. Thank you so much!
