I would have liked to give this a 5 star review. I tried the chair in a local store and loved it. I got home and saw that I could order it online and would have it the next day so I caved and bought it. When I got it I made sure all the parts came with it and started to put it together. The seat had a tear in it. Since I already had it half way together which was not easy I just kept going. The chair itself is wonderful the fact that there is a tear in the fabric that must have come from the delivery company because their was a puncture in the box....not so much. I really didn't want to call for a replacement part and I really don't want to have to return it because I don't want to sit on a dining room chair again for work until I can get a new one. I was so excited to get a new chair....kinda bummed out now.

After working from home for a year i finally decided to purchase a chair for remote work. I'd visited Staples brick & mortar near me and tried all the chairs. This chair was the winner. Since they didn't have the color I wanted so I order it online. It came quickly and was fairly easy to assemble except for attaching the arms. Pro-tip don't put the wheels on until after attaching the arms so it doesn't roll away from you. Also the box is a great assembly platform. Would definitely buy again in fact I purchased a second one for my daughter for her new office.

Nice chair and very comfortable. Happy my local store had one setup on the sales floor to be able to tryout before buying it. Very comfortable to sit in for extended periods like working from the house.

Haven't had the chair very long but so for it's been comfortable for me. The Mrs slides out of it a little cause she doesn't adjust it to her height.
