I already own a blue/black one for my home office and after returning to office found the office chairs causing more back pain. I got this one for in office and it's amazing. Many coworkers are testing it out and quickly asking me where I got it. It's the best chair ever. The back support and lower lumbar area cushions while supporting. Love this chair.

The chair is assembled except for the back (the largest piece). I'm a senior widow and don't have enough hands or strength to hold the piece line it up where it needs to go and bolt it in place. Additionally one of the casters won't lock in place on any of the 5 feet. Looks like a nice chair. I wish I could use it.

I ordered online because they only had the floor model available at the store. When I received my chair It did not feel right compared to the one at the store. I went back to the store and asked if I could exchange mine for the floor model. No problem! The staff was very accommodating and service minded.
