I took my kids to staples for a new desk chair and random supplies for online classes and we sat in every chair on the sales floor and these were by far the most comfortable. Bought one for the kid without a desk or chair and another to replace the other kids one year old office chair because this one feels that nice. They’re also quite aesthetically pleasing. The perfect mix of “office” and “gaming” chair.

The only problem I had was DIY assembly of the back to the seat The instruction manual was ambiguous as how to connect the back to the arms while interacting with the seat. I struggled but somehow (magicly) it clicked into position and I was able to tighten the bolts. The chair is a pleasure to use and is now an important part of my world.

Not up to usual quality standards. Stitching is awkward and misaligned. Foam padding is sparse. Not satisfied with quality. Wish staples offered better. Returns were very easy to handle. Delivery was easy to track. Staples offers quality service but the chair quality was not acceptable.

assembly was pretty straightforward. it seems better quality and comfortable. pretty firm but not hard at all. i got it on a steep discount so that definitely made it a sweet deal. styling is pretty cool too. the grey and black doesn't look too "gamey". the box it comes in is even RGB. pretty satisfied overall. people seem to overthink these reviews.
