Assembly went fine just don't tighten all the screws until you have everything assembled. Had some lower back pain during the first week of use as an office chair not sure if my back just needs to get used to the chair or if it will be long term (lumbar is not adjustable). Overall is pretty comfortable so far for arms and seat but its only been 2 weeks...but I wash the arms weren't spread out so far from each other! We'll see if the chair padding holds up for long term.

I got this chair for my wife to use at her office. She hated her other chair provided from where she works. She used to come home complaining about a sore back. No more. Now it has only been two weeks but so far she is very happy with the chair. Her only complaint is the armrest aren't adjustable. She says that they will move out of the way. She would have preferred to also move up and down.
