Difficult to line up screws to attach back and screws keep turning don't tighten or lock. Chair is average in comfort no extra support for neck or lower back.

the right arm squeaks when I rest my arm on it and the chair does not lean back without my propping my legs against something. It hurts my legs if I just push back when leaving my feet on the ground.

This chair is awesome. It's comfortable and very easy to put together. I love that the arms raise up and out of the way. Less knee damage from banging into the legs on my desk. I'm only 5'2" so I can have the chair raised high and still slide it close without the chair arms in the way. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

The seat is pretty cushy but the seam on the front edge starts to dig into the back of your legs toward the end of the day if you are above normal weight. I placed a flat pillow on top to counteract that.
