The price was so good and the workmanship on the chair was quite craftsmanly. I sat in all the chairs at Staples including the Lazy Boy that was twice the price and really this was a good choice. It shipped within a few days. Assembly was direct with perfectly laid out instructions. I am a big guy...over 6 foot and over 200 pounds and it is very comfortable.

My coworker picked out this chair for himself for his office chair. He said it's very comfortable and is pleased with it. He is not at his desk for an 8 hour day more like 1-3 hours. Regardless it's a great chair and a huge bonus that it's leather as well.

I went in-store to try the chair out myself. Store display seemed decent so I went for it. They didn't have my color when the website said "3 available". Tried 3 other stores locally. None of their online inventories were accurate. Of course the 1 store that was "out of stock" had 1 left for me. Picked it up with 3 holes in the box. Ignored it and took it home. Assembly wasn't too bad but that's do to the lack of features. The tilt tension and height are the only adjustments. You can adjust the back and the cushions for the seat and armrests are booty. They flatten within 15 seconds and stay flat for hours. I'm sure the quality with plummet overtime. There were 3 loose stitches that I'm afraid to cut without compromising the entire leather section. All in all meh for the price. Better that a wooden chair I was using before. Arm rests adjustment is decent.
