When I unpacked my chair the was a sliced area on the top of the back. I must say that Emerge Customer Service was fantastic. They shipped me a new back to replace the damaged one

The back of the chair feels as if its curving and snuggling nicely behind your back. The arms are tall enough to rest comfortably while at your desk and out far enough you don't feel squished in. The seat is pretty comfortable as well.

I enjoy it and I can actually sit here for 8 hours doing my work! The only thing that saddens me is I can’t lay up to 120 degrees which I was looking forward to but not biggie. Still recommend if you’re looking for a chair.

So comfortable! Like it so much I bought a second one for my daughter. I work from home and sitting 8 - 10 hours a day is not a problem. Love the arms that raise so it fits completely under my desk when not it use. Putting together was a little tricky so spend the extra $15(?) and have Staples assemble.
