Supported my back very well but it's very upright so I felt like I was almost leaning forward. But the real problem was that the seat cushion is firm so after 4 hours I had bruises under my legs just above the knee... Returned the chair to the store. Almost a great chair... almost.

Very firm chair. I have never purchased a chair where the arms are what holds the back and bottom together so not installing the arms wasn't an option (I never install office chair arms) The arms once installed do not flip up all the way they hang inside the range of motion area some and actually are a nuisance. If the arms could be removed I could tolerate the firmness of the chair however this is a deal breaker for me. I will be looking to return this chair.
