We haven’t had it long but study very comfortable for the price point and seems like a good chair. We will see how it fares over the test of time.

The chair is great for the price…for about 2 years. After that you'll be cursing up a storm as you drop at unpredictable levels because of the cheap hydraulic cylinder used for the height adjustment.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband who was sitting for hours in a hard wooden chair. He's pleased with the comfort level.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. She spends a lot of time in her home office and this chair is up to the task. Chair is solidly made and should provide years of service.

I had to go to two stores to get the color I wanted. Staff at both stores were AMAZING. It was THE best customer service I’ve received in years. I love the chair. It’s a gaming chair but I am using it for my home office. I sit in it 50-60 hours a week and don’t have any back or leg pain.

It is definitely a two person put together chair- it’s semi complicated. The pictures and step by step doesn’t help much either. I did have to exchange my first one due to it missing a nut.
