Was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty tricky to assemble - the back needs 3 or 4 hands to work on. Could not thread one screw fully through in one of the arm rests. The chair itself is comfortable but I am not convinced about the long-lasting quality. There's a reason why the chair had such a huge discount when I bought it in late February.

Sciatic Nerve Damage

Chair seemed fine at first but after a few months of using it I started having bad sciatic nerve pain. Traced my new debilitating back and hip pain back to this chair!
