I ordered a similar chair to this one a while back from Staples - this one was a little less expensive but now I know why. This one is not very comfortable - seat is hard arms don't adjust and I can't get the back up far enough as I am only 5' 5". I should have gotten the same one I ordered first at work office. This one is for my home office.

I bought this chair for a colleague who's previous chair had been used and abused for decades (or at least appeared to have been). He was hard against a new chair even after a bad breakup the former chair had initiated after a long 9 hour Monday. This chair is AWESOME was his response after a week of use. Everything he had been missing in support and mobility for so long has been restored. Assembly was a breeze and completed in less than 20 min. Well worth the purchase and definitely a head turner to other coworkers as they head to their own tired old office chair.

Chair is very comfortable even after many hours of work - especially for the price. My only complaint is that the lack of arm height adjustment prevents the chair from sliding in under some desks / tables.
