Uncomfortable. There is more padding on the right side of the chair so it always feels like you sitting crooked. If you sit more to the left the padding is fine. I bought the chair because I have a bad back and this is making it worse. Will probably be looking for another chair. I tried getting photos but can't seem to get them to show exactly what I am talking about. I must say I do like the prompt service that I have had and getting my orders promptly.

This chair is comfy and I love it. I also love that the purple is not too bright so the chair doesn't stand out in my space too much. I have been able to sit in it for 3-5 hours comfortably.

The chair is on the firmer side and has decent lumbar support. I use it for an office chair and It is surprisingly comfortable compared to other's at a higher price point. It is only about a 3-4 hour a day chair if you have lower back issues and need longer use try the Serta chairs. Assembly of the chair was easy and straightforward and took about 30 minutes The top of the arm to the floor's lowest position is a little higher at 28.25" to 28.50". I'm 5'7" and 185.
