We have had 2 of these chairs now. You get what you pay for. The first chair starting falling apart quickly always tilted forward and eventually the actual METAL post connecting the seat to the base snapped and my child fell. We reported the results of that with photos and received a replacement part in July 2020. In March 2021 the chair was just unusable. I let my son talk me into buying another one of these because he prefers the fold up arms. Within a month the seat was flat and the surface of the seat started flaking off. Within the next few months the seat wobbled on the base and this week (May 2022) another metal part snapped and the seat back will no longer stay upright. My son is average size for his height well within the limits listed for the chair. He does use it several hours a day between school and gaming however the durability and safety of this chair is terrible.

Only reason to drop from 5 to 4 stars is that installing the back was a challenge. Trying to align the bolts into the holes and get the bolts to "grab" the threads was very difficult because they are deep inside the padding of the chair back. Once I got it together the chair is very comfortable.
