Just had it for a day and it is comfortable. I have experienced the set up. Instructions were good enough the amount of pieces of equipment minimal and clear and you only need the Allen wrench (provided). Take care not to put the chair on teh base plate backward (the chair will feel tilted forward). Easily corrected. Great xmas morning set up like being a kid again!

The chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. The only negative I would assign to it is that the arms of the chair seem a bit too far apart... but this is a very minor thing.

In less than two months the chair had collapsed and was leaning to the left and forward. There was little to no cushion left in the seat and I no longer had the height from the seat to the floor that I need as I am 6'1". Staples replaced the chair with a new one which is already feeling like the seat is getting loose as well. I use this to work on the computer and to sew. It doesn't get the abuse it might if it were actually used for gaming.
