Piston loses seal over time

1.5 years into the chair and the piston has lost its seal so it will slowly release the air and you will sink until you repump it

Using this as a work from home chair. Easy to assemble actually great instructions love the flip up arms and padding in the chair. Appears to be well made and works good so far after my 10 hour work days

Had high hopes for this chair as it's comfortable and I needed the flip-up arms but in less than a year it won't hold its height. The hydraulic cylinder begins sinking immediately until it's essentially at its lowest setting. This renders the chair completely unusable. I weigh nearly a full 100 lbs less than its supposed rating.

Chair was delivered promptly and in good condition however the predrilled holes are out of alignment and the seat has a bad tilt to the right that can’t be adjusted and hurts my back. Most likely will be returning this item.

I bought this chair for my scrapbook room. Its comfortable and a plus is the arms of the chair fold back and allow me to get close to my table and desk for easy access to my work. Could of ask for a better chair.
