My husband picked this chair out because the arms go up. It fits better at his desk and leaves more space in the room as it pulls in tight. However he said it is not as comfortable as his last chair which was an upright stuffed office chair.

Chair has a decent amount of features and the fact that the arms swing up is great. As far as the assembling goes I had a hard time getting the back portion to line up with the holes in the arms and not cross threading the bolts. Aside from that though I love the chair.
