I was very grateful when staff at the Asheville NC Staples store recognized that someone at their store did not assemble my vortex chair correctly and they halted everything and promptly fixed the assembly of the chair. They then carried it out to my car and loaded it for me. I recently had surgery and appreciated it very much. I ordered another chair from them.

As said above. Comfortable looks great BUT. Instructions ok screw holes and material holes do not necessarily line up. This makes it really frustrating to build by yourself. A third arm on your body would really help.

I couldn't believe the price of chairs and stumbled upon this one. So glad I did the sale price. So comfortable. Nice quality bonded leather. Took a bit to assemble but not bad.
