The chair is very comfortable. Firm but not to firm. Love the fact I can raise the arms of the chair and it can slid under my desk no problem no matter how high. Only having had it for a short time I will be interested to see how the bonded leather holds up. That is why I also purchased the insurance. My last office chair did not hold up well at all.

I like this chair b/c the seat is firm and gives me good back support. I like that I can put up the hand rests so they don't bump up against my desk. Pretty good chair so far.
