Comfy chair but already starting dropping to lowest setting

It’s a very comfy chair but after a few hours of sitting in it while I’m working the the chair drops to the lowest setting on the hydraulic Lift.

Chair was bought for 14 yr old son and he is enjoying the chair. We were able to test several chairs in store because they were on display and this chair was very comfortable. There is also nice padding on the arm rests which was a plus compared to other chairs on display. The chair moves around well and just the right size not too bulky. My son assembled the chair and uses it for distance learning and pc gaming.
