So far so good: I liked the chair when I tried it out in the store and I continue to like it now that I have one at home. Very comfortable even for prolonged sessions at my computer and it's also a good reading chair.

First chair did not make it on scheduled date. Not sure where or what happened to it. Had to re-order and second chair came in and is fine. Review could be lower but I believe that this was a third party issue and not a Staples issue.

Excellent service. Bought the wrong replacement chair and had it assembled and brought it home for my husband. The seat part didn’t work out for him so we brought it back and replaced it w a similar chair from the floor model and it worked just perfect. Customer service and the lady that helped me was excellent. She got it straightened out and had me out the door quickly w a smile on my face. Thank you

Chair looked nice BUT was uncomfortable after sitting a while (hour or so). Seat part is too long and gave a backache because a person cannot scoot back far enough for full back support. Chair has been returned.
