I want searching for a chair for 5-10 hours of sitting with good lumbar and upper back support and this chair was perfect and for all those needs. However there just wasn’t enough cushion in the seat of the chair. After about 3-4 hours of work I ended up having to put a bed pillow in the seat to help. And I also had to add an upper neck pillow they sell as an extra for the chair which is expected and planned. Great chair good quality great smooth caster wheels loved the tilt lock and movable arms...ultimately just needed more seat cushion.

I just swapped another Staples chair because it wasn't as cushy and it was smelly. I thought this was a different brand but maybe not because it has the same smell. It's like sour garbage inside the padding. I had the first chair for 2 weeks and the smell didn't go away. This is very comfortable so far so I'll probably keep it and hope the smell fades. Also it should be noted that it was a little difficult to put the back together. I had my husband and daughter hold seperate parts to position it correctly.

Although I really liked the price and really liked the sleek design what I LOVE best about it is that without the arms (you can lift them up and away) I can now roll right into my desk and I do much better ergonomically. The staff at Staples initially tried telling me to go home and order it online and then a very savvy sales person came out of nowhere to help me and ended up selling me the floor model loaded it into my car and I have been SO happy with it! Kuddos to Staples for having people like this young man on staff. If I would've left without my new chair I probably would still be siting on my old one.
