Had decided in this chair because the back curved un just enough to give a feel of support and the cushion was firm. Biggest problem I'm *ALREADY* having with the chair is one of the bolts on the armrest has *ALREADY* pulled out. And I don't know how they were put in (no bolts/screws showing on the bottom of the arm) so I can't try to put it back in where it belongs (I'm guessing they used some sort of filler to conceal the bolts). Hopefully this isn't a sgn of how well the rest of the chair will hold up.

A complete failure. I paid for assembly. Wheeling the chair out of the sort a screw fell out. Picked it up took chair home. Had to completely redo the assembly myself. Extremely disappointed. I will never buy furniture from Staples again. Ever.

Thought it would be better_SLIPS to lower height

Work remotely and needed a new chair. After sitting in several chairs and speaking w/Staples employee we purchased this chair. After 2 months of use the chair slips from desired height to a much lower height. Have to continually raise the chair back to the desired height. EXTREMELY ANNOYING and inconvenient.
