Purchased two of these as they felt comfortable in the store. And they were offering a significant discount. The rating should have been higher but both chairs had an issue with the leather stitching cover the holes where the handle screw into. We had to open the hole up more in order to be able to screw the handles in properly. Most likely a manufacturing defect. Otherwise it has been a good buy and we've had it for a week now with no issues.

It's comfortable the colors are great and it makes a wonderful rocking chair when I'm holding my newborn. Only downside I'm experiencing are with the wheels. It doesn't roll smoothly and tends to favor one side. Other than that I love it!

Bought this for my wife’s home office and she loves it. It is very comfortable and the arms go up if you don’t want to use the arm rest. She can also sit on the chair cross legged and feel comfortable. Assembly is easy as well.
