I actually sat in one waiting to get my TSA Pre Check interview completed and couldn’t stop thinking about how nice of a chair this was. A week later it was in my home office! Best chair purchase (on my third chair since the pandemic) would highly recommend this chair to others.

First chair did not make it on scheduled date. Not sure where or what happened to it. Had to re-order and second chair came in and is fine. Review could be lower but I believe that this was a third party issue and not a Staples issue.

Thought it would be better_SLIPS to lower height

Work remotely and needed a new chair. After sitting in several chairs and speaking w/Staples employee we purchased this chair. After 2 months of use the chair slips from desired height to a much lower height. Have to continually raise the chair back to the desired height. EXTREMELY ANNOYING and inconvenient.
